2. Description of Service

Contract Protection AI provides AI-powered contract analysis for content creators and influencers. The Service analyzes uploaded contracts for potential red flags, unfair terms, and generates suggested negotiation emails. The Service does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Free Plan: 1 free contract audit. No credit card required.
  • Per Deal ($19): One-time payment for a single contract audit. Non-refundable once the audit is completed.
  • Pro ($43/month): Monthly subscription for up to 5 audits per month. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy in USD.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload documents containing malware or malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. Contract Protection AI retains rights to the analysis methodology, AI models, and platform technology. The AI-generated analysis and emails are provided for your use but may not be resold as a standalone service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Contract Protection AI is an AI-powered analysis tool, not a law firm. The analysis provided does not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney before making legal decisions based on our analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contract Protection AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
